Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine_n 1 Koch_Köchin Vollzeit, Jahresstelle;

Deine Aufgaben:

* Flexibler Einsatz in allen Küchenbereichen unseres Hauses, (Halbpension, Bankett, Lifestylerestaurant "Möwe") mit eigenverantwortlicher Zubereitung und Präsentation hochwertiger Speisen nach den jeweiligen Konzeptvorgaben

* Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung saisonaler Menüs

* Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Ablaufs in der Küche

* Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Qualitätsstandards (HACCP)

* Fachgerechter Umgang mit Lebensmitteln und Waren

* Unterstützung bei der Warenbestellung und Lagerverwaltung

Dein Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin oder vergleichbare Erfahrung

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und saubere Arbeitsweise

* Freude am Kochen und an der Arbeit im Team

* Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit
