Bei uns steht die Frischeküche im Fokus. Du kochst nicht aus der Tüte, sondern verarbeitest hochwertige, regionale Lebensmittel in einer komplett neu modernisierten Küchenumgebung.

* Kulinarisches Handwerk: Tägliche frische Zubereitung von Speisen auf hohem Niveau für unsere Gäste an der neuen, modernen Ausgabe.

* Gestaltung & Input: Aktive Mitgestaltung des Speiseplans und Einbringen deiner kulinarischen Trends und Ideen aus der Gastronomie.

* Verantwortung & Team-Support: Du unterstützt das Führungsteam im Alltag und übernimmst bei Abwesenheit verlässlich die Vertretung der Standort- und Küchenleitung.

* Küchenorganisation: Koordination der Abläufe und Strukturierung des Küchenalltags mit modernster Küchentechnik.

* Qualitäts-Vorbild: Konsequente Umsetzung und Überwachung unserer hohen Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards (HACCP).

Das bringst du als gestandener Profi mit

* Fundiertes Fundament: Abgeschlossene Kochausbildung und mehrjährige, solide Berufserfahrung (idealerweise in der gehobenen Gastronomie, Hotellerie oder gehobenen Betriebsgastronomie).

* Führungstalent: Erste Erfahrung in der Teamführung gepaart mit der Fähigkeit, klare Arbeitsanweisungen verständlich und motivierend zu vermitteln.

* Qualitäts-Mindset: Leidenschaft für echte Frischeküche, ein hohes Gespür für Geschmack, zeitgemäße Präsentation und ein Auge für moderne Ausgabesysteme.

* Persönlichkeit: Du bringst eine lösungsorientierte Macher-Mentalität mit, bist kommunikationsstark, denkst lösungsorientiert und behältst auch in Stoßzeiten die Ruhe und den Überblick.

* Sprachkompetenz: Sehr sichere Deutschkenntnisse für eine reibungslose Koordination im Team.

Gehalt: 2.800,00 € brutto pro Monat (Für diese Position gilt ein kollektivvertragliches Mindestgehalt ab EUR 2.304,- brutto pro Monat. Da wir jedoch einen gestandenen Profi mit Führungsqualität suchen, liegt unser tatsächliches Mindestgehalt für diese Rolle bei EUR 2.800,- brutto pro Monat (Basis 42,5 Std.). Eine weitere Überzahlung ist abhängig von deiner individuellen Qualifikation und deinen Gastro-Berufsjahren für uns selbstverständlich.)
