Deine Rolle - im Mittelpunkt steht das Kochen

Zu Beginn liegt dein Fokus klar auf der Zubereitung unserer frischen Speisen, der Organisation deines Postens und der Mitgestaltung des täglichen Angebots.

Wenn du möchtest, kannst du im Laufe der Zeit zusätzliche Aufgaben übernehmen - z. B. Abläufe mitgestalten, Verantwortung im Team übernehmen oder die Küchenleitung punktuell entlasten.

Dein Wirkungsbereich

Unsere Mensa steht für frische Küche, regionale Qualität und gute Zusammenarbeit. Neben dem Mittagsgeschäft versorgen wir den Campus auch bei kleineren Veranstaltungen. Als Koch spielst du eine zentrale Rolle im Tagesgeschäft und in der Qualität unseres Angebots. Denn Qualität, Gastlichkeit und echter Geschmack stehen dabei im Mittelpunkt!

Aufgaben im Detail - Deine Verantwortungsbereiche:

- Sicherstellung einer konstant hohen Speisenqualität sowie Einhaltung aller Hygiene- und HACCP-Standards. - Front-Cooking und Finishing an der Speisenausgabe - mit Blick für Präsentation und Frische. - Zubereitung des Frühstücksangebots und aktive Mitarbeit im Mittagsgeschäft nach dem Cook-&-Chill-Prinzip sowie Catering am Campus. - Unterstützung im Lagerwesen (Wareneingang, Kontrolle, Ordnung) - Entwicklung und Umsetzung neuer Ideen für die Weiterentwicklung unseres Angebots gemeinsam mit den Entwicklungsteam. - Mithilfe bei Caterings und Veranstaltungen am Campus

Anforderungen - Das bringst Du idealerweise mit:

- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung - Erfahrung in gehobener Gastronomie mit hohem Anspruch an Geschmack und Präsentation. - Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent und Kommunikationsstärke. - Leidenschaft für Frischeküche, Gastlichkeit sowie Freude am Kochen und am Arbeiten im Team - Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise. - Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und digitalen Arbeitsmitteln. - Deutschkenntnisse zur klaren Kommunikation mit Team und Gästen. - Interesse, dich weiterzuentwickeln
