Unser Restaurant befindet sich auf einem der schönsten Aussichtsberge Tirols, der Hohen Salve (1829m). Von unserer Sonnenterasse und aus dem gemütlichen Lokal bietet sich ein prächtiger 360° Rundblick (Drehterasse) auf über 70 Dreitausender Gipfel - z.B. Großglockner (3798m) und Großvenediger (3660m). Unsere Küche empfiehlt sich mit Tiroler und internationalen Köstlichkeiten.

Zur Verstärkung für unser à-la-carte-Bedienungsrestaurant "Umadum Stubn" auf der Hohen Salve suchen wir 1 Koch/Köchin (Hotel- und Gastgewerbe)

Deine Aufgaben

* Zubereitung und ansprechende Präsentation hochwertiger Speisen

* Verantwortung für den Küchenbereich unseres À-la-carte-Restaurants "Umadum Stubn"

* Einbringen eigener kreativer Ideen und neuer Gerichte

* Unterstützung des Küchenchefs bei den täglichen Abläufen

* Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards

* Zusammenarbeit im Küchenteam für einen reibungslosen Serviceablauf

* Mitgestaltung eines kulinarischen Angebots für Gäste aus aller Welt

Das bringst du mit

* Abgeschlossene Lehre als Koch/Köchin oder Ausbildung an einer höheren Fachschule

* Berufserfahrung von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung

* Begeisterung für die Tiroler Küche sowie internationale Gerichte

* Kreativität und Interesse an aktuellen kulinarischen Trends

* Teamgeist, Verlässlichkeit und Belastbarkeit

* Eigeninitiative und Freude daran, neue Ideen einzubringen

* Liebe zum Beruf und zum Kochen mit hochwertigen Zutaten
