Für unser Jugendwohnhaus in Hallein suchen wir ab sofort eine_n engagierte_n 1 Koch/Köchin (Hotel- und Gastgewerbe) oder Hilfskoch/-köchin

für den Abenddienst in Teilzeit.

Unser Haus ist während des Schuljahres Wohnhaus für Schüler:innen und Auszubildende. In den Sommermonaten führen wir zusätzlich einen Hotelbetrieb.

Wir legen großen Wert auf frische Küche, ehrliches Essen und ein familiäres Miteinander. Keine Haubenküche - aber viel Herz und hohe Qualitätsansprüche

Ihre Aufgaben

º Zubereitung des Abendessens für ca. 80-100 Personen

º Frische Küche mit saisonalen und hausgemachten Speisen

º Vorbereitungsarbeiten und Mise en Place

º Einhaltung der Hygiene- und HACCP-Richtlinien

º Unterstützung bei Veranstaltungen und Sonderdiensten

º Mithilfe bei Ausgabe, Abwasch und Küchenorganisation

º Im Sommer Mitarbeit im Frühstücksdienst für Hotelgäste

Arbeitszeiten

º Montag bis Donnerstag von 15:00 bis 20:00 Uhr (Während des Jugendwohnhausbetriebs von September bis Juli)

º Feiertage frei

º Im Sommer Frühstücksdienst von 06:00 bis 11:00 Uhr (Juli bis Anfang September; auch am Wochenende)

º Grundsätzlich fixer Dienstplan mit fallweiser Unterstützung bei Veranstaltungen (auch hier Wochenenddienst ausnahmsweise möglich)

Ihr Profil

º Erfahrung in der Küche erforderlich

º Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend notwendig

º Freude am Kochen und an frischer Küche

º Deutschkenntnisse erforderlich

º Selbstständige und verlässliche Arbeitsweise

º Teamfähigkeit und wertschätzender Umgang
