Suchen Sie eine neue Herausforderung, bei der Sie Ihre Leidenschaft für frische Zutaten und kreative Küche voll ausleben können?

Ihre Aufgaben

- Postenführung: Selbstständiges Führen und Organisieren des zugewiesenen Küchenpostens (Entremetier, Saucier oder Gardemanger).

- Zubereitung: Fachgerechte und kreative Zubereitung sowie optisch ansprechende Präsentation aller Speisen.

- Mise en Place: Sorgfältige Vorbereitung aller benötigten Zutaten und Arbeitsmaterialien für das Tagesgeschäft.

- Qualitätskontrolle: Schonender und wirtschaftlicher Umgang mit Lebensmitteln und Rohstoffen.

- Hygiene: Konsequente Einhaltung der HACCP-Richtlinien, Sauberkeit und Ordnung am Arbeitsplatz.

Ihr Profil

- Ausbildung: Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Koch/Köchin.

- Erfahrung: Erste Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position oder motivierter Berufseinsteiger direkt nach der Lehre.

- Arbeitsweise: Teamgeist, Zuverlässigkeit, Belastbarkeit und ein hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein.

- Sprachen: Gute Deutschkenntnisse zur reibungslosen Kommunikation im Team.

- Leidenschaft: Echte Freude am Beruf und die Motivation, Neues zu lernen.
