Das Restaurant - Skihütte Auszeit befindet sich in Werfenweng direkt an der Bergstation der Rosnerköpfl-Bahn. Der Betrieb bietet Gästen eine gemütliche Einkehrmöglichkeit mit gastronomischem Angebot inmitten des Skigebiets. Im Winter zählen vor allem Skifahrer/innen und Wintersportgäste, im Sommer Wanderer und Ausflugsgäste zu den Zielgruppen.

Wir suchen 1 Koch/Köchin (Hotel- und Gastgewerbe) Zur Besetzung der Stelle als Koch- Köchin suchen wir eine erfahrene Person, die folgende Tätigkeiten übernimmt:

# Vor- und Zubereitung von Speisen

# Mithilfe bei der Planung, Organisation und Koordination der Küchenabläufe am Posten

# sorgsamer und verantwortungsbewusster Umgang mit Lebensmitteln und den diversen Rohstoffen

# Einbringung von neuen Ideen

# Einhaltung und Sicherstellung der betrieblichen Standards

# Einhaltung der HACCP Richtlinien in der Küche
