Das Refugium Hochstrass ist ein familiengeführtes Hotel für Seminare und Veranstaltungen wie Hochzeiten, Taufen, Geburtstags- und Firmenfeiern. Unsere Gäste schätzen unsere einzigartige Lage oben am Berg mit Stille und viel Natur.

Unser Hotel verfügt über 40 Zimmer mit 56 Betten und 8 Seminarräume.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort 1 Koch/Köchin (Hotel- und Gastgewerbe) Haben Sie eine gastronomisch-kulinarische Ausbildung? Teamgeist, Schwung und Einfallsreichtum? AUFGABEN, DIE SIE MEISTERN

* Zubereitung von abwechslungsreichen, kreativen Speisen aus hochqualitativen saisonalen Zutaten

* Gewährleistung einer optimalen Speisenqualität

* Mise en place Tätigkeiten

* Sorgfältiger Umgang mit Waren und Kücheninventar

* Mitverantwortlichkeit für die fachgerechte Lagerung der Produkte

* Umsetzung und stetige Weiterentwicklung von Rezepten

* Einhaltung von Hygienevorschriften, der Arbeitssicherheit und unserer Qualitätsstandards (HACCP-Richtlinien)

QUALITÄTEN, DIE SIE MITBRINGEN

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch

* Erfahrung in vegetarischer und veganer Küche

* Kreativität und Liebe zum Detail

* Strukturierte ökonomische Arbeitsweise, Selbstständigkeit

* Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse der HACCP Richtlinien

* Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und gute Englischkenntnisse
