gutes Essen auf den Teller zu bringen? Bei uns verbindest du dein kulinarisches Können

mit einem sozialen Arbeitsumfeld, in dem Menschen und Gemeinschaft genauso wichtig

sind wie Geschmack und Qualität.

Dein Aufgabengebiet

Als Koch in unserer Großküche bereitest du frische und hochwertige Mahlzeiten mit regionalen

und saisonalen Lebensmitteln zu. Dabei achtest du auf Qualität, Hygiene und

einen reibungslosen Ablauf in der Küche. Du koordinierst Arbeitsprozesse und dabei begleitest

und unterstützt du Transitmitarbeiter:innen im Rahmen der Arbeitsanleitung. Du

erklärst Tätigkeiten verständlich, förderst vorhandene Fähigkeiten und sorgst für eine

wertschätzende, serviceorientierte Atmosphäre im Küchenalltag. Gelegentlich gehören

auch die Zubereitung und ansprechende Präsentation von Speisen bei Catering-Veranstaltungen

außer Haus zu deinen Aufgaben.

Was du mitbringst

º Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin und idealerweise Berufserfahrung in der

Küche

º Erfahrung mit HACCP-Systemen und Hygieneplänen wünschenswert

º Organisationstalent mit Blick für Qualität, Wirtschaftlichkeit und Hygiene

º Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an Teamarbeit

º Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität

º Geregelte Arbeitszeiten überwiegend von Montag-Freitag zwischen 06.00 Uhr und

14.30 Uhr, selten Einsätze am Abend/Wochenende
