Marifet OG ist ein türkisch-österreichisches Restaurant in Hard am Bodensee.

Wir verbinden authentische anatolische Küche mit regionalen Vorarlberger Zutaten - Grill-Erlebnis, Pide-Spezialitäten und Dry-Aged-Fleisch. Unser Ziel ist ein kulinarisches Erlebnis, das all unsere Gäste gleichermaßen begeistert.

Zur Vervollständigung des Teams suchen wir 1 Koch / Köchin (m/w/d) Ihre Aufgaben

º Zubereitung anatolischer und österreichischer Gerichte nach Hausrezepten

º Mitgestaltung des wöchentlich wechselnden Mittagsangebots

º Grill-Vorbereitung und Dry-Aged-Spezialitäten

º Qualitätskontrolle und Einhaltung der HACCP-Vorschriften

º Warenannahme, Lagerhaltung und Küchenhygiene

Ihr Profil

º Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

º Erfahrung in der Gastronomie, idealerweise auch türkische oder mediterrane Küche

º Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Zuverlässigkeit

º Türkischkenntnisse von Vorteil, nicht zwingend erforderlich

º Bereitschaft zu Wochenenddiensten
