Wir sind ein etabliertes mediterranes Restaurant & Pizzeria mit Holzofen. Zur Verstärkung unseres internationalen Teams suchen wir einen engagierten Koch oder Küchenleiter (m/w/d), gerne mit internationaler Erfahrung und Leidenschaft für mediterrane Küche.

Unser Restaurant steht für hochwertige mediterrane Küche, Pizza aus dem Holzofen, frische Pasta sowie Grill- und Fischspezialitäten. Qualität, frische Zutaten und Leidenschaft für gutes Essen stehen bei uns im Mittelpunkt. Wir legen großen Wert auf ein respektvolles Arbeitsklima und gute Zusammenarbeit im Team.

Deine Aufgaben:

* Zubereitung von mediterranen Spezialitäten

* Vorbereitung und Organisation der täglichen Küchenabläufe

* Erhaltung der Hygienevorschriften (HACCP)

* Warenannahme und fachgerechte Lagerung der Lebensmittel

* Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung unserer Speisekarte

* Bei entsprechende Erfahrung: Koordination des Küchenteams

Dein Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin oder entsprechende Berufserfahrung

* Erfahrung in der mediterranen Küche von Vorteil

* Selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit, Zuverlässigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Belastbarkeit auch bei höherem Gästeaufkommen
