Seit rund 30 Jahren kochen wir als Outsourcing-Partner für unsere Kunden in ganz Österreich. Wir suchen ab sofort 1 Koch/Köchin (m/w/d) für unsere Küche in Innsbruck.

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Zubereitung der täglichen Menüs für bis zu 450 Gäste

* Unterstützung des Souschefs bei der Speisenzubereitung

* Eigenständige Zubereitung von Beilagen, Suppen, Fleisch- und vegetarischen Gerichten

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Hygienevorschriften (HACCP)

* Annahme und Kontrolle von Warenlieferungen

* Effiziente und wirtschaftliche Verarbeitung von Lebensmittel

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin

* Erfahrung in der Küche von Vorteil

* Hervorragende Kochkenntnisse in der modernen sowie der traditionellen, regionalen Küche

* Gute Kenntnisse in HACCP und Küchenhygiene

* Selbstständiges und hygienebewusstes Arbeiten

* Wirtschaftliches Denken

* Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Organisationsgeschick

* Belastbarkeit

* Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Engagement

* Qualitätsbewusstsein

* Bereitschaft zu flexiblen Arbeitszeiten
