Deine Aufgaben bei uns

* Kreative Menüplanung: Du planst eigenständig unsere 2 Buffet-Menüs - immer ein feines Fleischgericht und eine leckere vegetarische Alternative.

* Du kochst und gestaltest die Gerichte mit viel Liebe für unsere Gäste.

* Du verarbeitest hochwertige, regionale Produkte und setzt unser Nachhaltigkeitskonzept kreativ um.

* Du achtest auf die richtige Lagerung und den bewussten Einkauf unserer frischen Lebensmittel.

* Du sorgst gemeinsam mit uns für Sauberkeit in der Küche (HACCP).

Das bringst du mit

* Du hast eine Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin oder schon einiges an Erfahrung am Herd gesammelt.

* Du hast Spaß an der Menügestaltung (Fleisch & Veggie) und kalkulierst Mengen sicher ein.

* Nachhaltigkeit ist dir wichtig und du arbeitest gerne mit Produkten aus der Region.

* Du bist ein echter Teamplayer, auf den sich die Kollegen blind verlassen können.

* Du sprichst gut Deutsch, damit in der Küche alles Hand in Hand läuft.
