Herzlich willkommen auf unserem Schmiedhof, wir sind Familie Andexer, Ihre Gastgeber. Das Schmiedhofgut, unser Paradies, ist etwas ganz Besonderes. Seit vielen Jahrzehnten ist der Hof im Besitz unserer Familie und es ist an der Zeit, dass Sie ein Stück dieses Glücks kennen und lieben lernen. Der Schmiedhof ist dort, wo Tradition und Moderne aufeinandertreffen und inmitten der herrlichen Natur von Großarl zur Vollendung finden.

Mit der Erst-Eröffnung unseres Restaurants "Schmiede" entsteht in Großarl ein besonderes Gastronomiekonzept mit Einblick in die Landwirtschaft und hochwertigen Produkten aus der Region. Für den Aufbau dieses Projekts suchen wir 1 Koch/Köchin (m/w/d) mit Gestaltungsspielraum für eine Erst-Eröffnung -> Das Besondere an diesem Projekt ist das außergewöhnliche Gastronomiekonzept: Das Restaurant entsteht in Verbindung mit einem umgebauten Stallbereich und bietet den Gästen einen direkten Einblick in die Landwirtschaft. Regionale Herkunft, Authentizität und hochwertige Produkte stehen dabei im Mittelpunkt.

-> Gesucht wird eine Persönlichkeit, die diesen gastronomischen Bereich von Beginn an aktiv mitgestaltet und ihre Ideen einbringen möchte. Sie übernehmen eine Schlüsselrolle beim Aufbau des Restaurants und arbeiten eng mit den Betreiber:innen zusammen.

* Arbeitsort: 5611 Großarl

* Arbeitsbeginn: ab Anfang Dezember 2026 (nach Vereinbarung)

* Beschäftigung: Vollzeit, Ganzjahresstelle möglich

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Mitgestaltung und Aufbau des neuen Restaurantbetriebs

* Zubereitung hochwertiger Speisen aus regionalen Produkten

* Entwicklung und Umsetzung eigener kulinarischer Ideen und Konzepte

* Erstellung und Weiterentwicklung des Speisenangebots

* Bestellwesen und Warenmanagement

* Organisation der Küchenabläufe

* Verantwortung für Qualität, Hygiene und Wirtschaftlichkeit

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin

* Selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise

* Freude an der Entwicklung und Umsetzung eigener Ideen

* Organisationsgeschick und unternehmerisches Denken

* Begeisterung für regionale Qualitätsprodukte
