DEINE AUFGABEN

Als Koch/Köchin (m/w/d) sorgst Du im Team für ein hochwertiges, erstklassiges kulinarisches Angebot, das unsere Gäste begeistert und zeigst bei unseren Events kulinarische Präsenz. Du bist für die Vorbereitung, Zubereitung und Präsentation köstlicher Speisen verantwortlich, die in unseren beiden Restaurants mit viel Liebe zubereitet werden. Wir sind stolz auf unsere Küche, unsere Rezepte und unsere hohen Standards. Somit gestaltest Du aktiv den Erfolg von Topgolf in Europa mit!

* Zubereiten und Kochen köstlicher Mahlzeiten nach unseren Rezepten

* Vor- und Zubereitung der Speisen unserer vielseitigen Events

* Flexibilität bei der Arbeit an allen Kochstationen

* Sicherstellung, dass die Kochstation vorrätig, vorbereitet und sauber ist

* Arbeit im Team in einer schnelllebigen Umgebung

* Einhaltung von Qualitäts- und Hygienerichtlinien (HACCP)

* Umsetzung von neuen Ideen

WAS DU MITBRINGEN SOLLTEST

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Idealerweise bereits erste Berufserfahrung in der Küche in einer gleichwertigen oder ähnlichen Position

* Fähigkeit, einfache mathematische Berechnungen durchzuführen und Anweisungen zur Herstellung von Rezepten zu befolgen

* Gute Kommunikation mit Mitarbeiter:innen und Führungspersonal

* Handkoordination und Geschicklichkeit für eine schnelle Produktion

* Liebe und Spaß zum Beruf und zum Detail

* Belastbarkeit sowie Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit

* Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil

* Bereitschaft zur Wochenendarbeit
