magdas HOTEL ist mutig, bunt und weltoffen. Wir bilden Menschen mit Fluchterfahrung in drei Lehrberufen zu professionellen Gastgeber:innen aus. Sie bringen Fähigkeiten, Talente, Sprachen und vielfältige kulturelle Backgrounds mit, die helfen unser Hotel noch einzigartiger zu machen. Unsere Ausbildung ist umfangreich und mit Herz. Und unsere Lehrlinge im Anschluss bereit für eine spannende internationale Karriere in der Tourismusbranche.

Neben dem fachlichen Training bieten wir Vernetzung und gemeinsame Zeit sowie zahlreiche Workshops im Rahmen des magdas Lehrlingsprogramms an.

Was du machst

* Gemeinsam mit deinem Team zauberst du erstklassige Speisen für unsere Restaurantgäste und für Veranstaltungen

* Du verwöhnst unsere Hotelgäste mit kulinarischen Köstlichkeiten an unserem Frühstücksbuffet

* Vorbereitung von Speisen für unsere Seminargäste und Veranstaltungen sowie Mise en place Tätigkeiten zählen zu den Aufgaben, die du gerne machst

* Du sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf in der Küche und hältst die Qualitätsstandards stets ein

* Die Einhaltung und Kontrolle der Hygiene- (nach HACCP) sowie Sicherheitsstandards für die gesamte Küche sind für dich selbstverständlich

* Du unterstützt bei der Warenbestellung und -lagerung.

* Du arbeitest neue Mitarbeiter:innen und Lehrlinge ein.

* Du bist Teil unserer Lehrlingsorganisation, ein Team, welches die Ausbildung unserer Lehrlinge koordiniert und weiterentwickelt.

Was du kannst

* Du hast eine Ausbildung als Koch:Köchin und konntest bereits mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung sammeln

* Vegetarische Gerichte sind für dich mehr als nur Beilagen

* Du bist Koch:Köchin aus Leidenschaft, arbeitest sauber, strukturiert und kreativ

* Du bist eine selbstständige und flexible Persönlichkeit, die gerne Verantwortung trägt

* Du bist belastbar, arbeitest gerne im Team und bringst Hands-On Mentalität mit

* Du bist zeitlich flexibel, kannst auch an Wochenenden sowie Feiertagen arbeiten. Du springst auch gerne mal ein, wenn Not an Personal ist

* Frühdienst: 06:00-14:30
