Das Restaurant Papas direkt am Wiener Naschmarkt (Stand 509) in 1060 Wien

sucht zur Verstärkung des Teams 1 Koch/Köchin mit praktischer Erfahrung in der türkischen bzw. orientalischen Küche Vollzeit oder Teilzeit möglich im Rahmen Montag - Sonntag 7-23h nach Vereinbarung

Anforderungen:

o Ausbildung bzw. praktische Erfahrung in der türkischen bzw. orientalischen Küche .

o Vertrautheit mit traditioneller Zubereitung, insbesondere Wissen, wie Fleisch fachgerecht auf türkische bzw. orientalische Art geschnitten und vorbereitet wird

o Kenntnisse im Bereich Izgara Köfte,

o Vorbereitung von Fleisch (schneiden, würzen, einlegen, lagern)

o Lehrabschluss von Vorteil oder angelernt mit Praxis, Berufserfahrung in den Beschriebenen Bereichen

o Flexibilität, Stressresistenz, Kochen in eher kleinen Restaurantküchen

o Lebensmittelherstellungs- und -verarbeitungskenntnisse

Wir bieten:

Vollzeit oder Teilzeit möglich 20-40 Wochenstunden innerhalb unserer Rahmenöffnungszeiten:

Montag bis Sonntag von 7h - 15h / 15h - 23h im Wechseldienst.

zur Info: Donnerstag bis Samstag sind unsere umsatzstärksten Tage, daher sollte die Arbeit an diesen Tagen immer fix möglich sein.

Genaue Arbeitszeit an den anderen Tagen nach Absprache.
