DEIN PROFIL

» Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung und Erfahrung in der gehobenen Hotellerie oder Gastronomie

» Leidenschaft für Qualität, gutes Essen und herzlichen Service

» Freude an abwechslungsreichen Aufgaben in Küche und Service

» Eigenständige, verantwortungsvolle Arbeitsweise mit Engagement und Liebe zum Detail

» Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil

» Teamgeist, Belastbarkeit und Freude an kollegialer Zusammenarbeit

» Gepflegtes Auftreten und ausgezeichnete Umgangsformen

» Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zu Wochenend- und Feiertagsdiensten

In der Küche:

» Aktive Mitarbeit im Küchenteam

» Fachgerechte Vor- und Zubereitung unserer Gerichte

» Sicherstellung von Qualität und ansprechender Präsentation

» Sorgfältiger Umgang mit Lebensmitteln und Produkten

» Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Sicherheitsvorschriften

» Einbringen eigener Ideen in unsere ganzheitliche Kulinarik

Im Service:

» Herzliche und professionelle Betreuung unserer Gäste

» Servieren von Speisen und Getränken

» Beratung und Unterstützung unserer Gäste bei der Auswahl

» Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Serviceablaufs

» Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Küche und Serviceteam
