Das Neurologische Therapiezentrum Gmundnerberg liegt mit 150 Betten in Altmünster oberhalb des Traunsees im Salzkammergut und zählt zu den führenden Rehabilitationseinrichtungen in Österreich. Aufgrund unserer Kompetenz haben wir uns einen ausgezeichneten Ruf erworben und bieten für Patientinnen und Patienten mit neurologischen Erkrankungen eine Vielzahl von modernen und herausragenden Therapiemöglichkeiten an.

Wir verstärken unser Team und suchen 1 Koch (m/w/d)

IHRE HERAUSFORDERUNG:

* Sorgfältiger Umgang mit Waren und Kücheninventar

* Mise en place Tätigkeiten sowie Kochen der Menüs und Speisen nach vorgegebenen Rezepturen für Patienten und Mitarbeiter

* Verantwortlich für die Sauberkeit am Arbeitsplatz

* Einhaltung der Hygienerichtlinien nach HACCP

* Ökonomischer Umgang mit Lebensmitteln, Geräten, Reinigungsmaterialien, Energie und Wasser

* Durchführung der notwendigen Kontrollen

* Mitwirkung für reibungslose Arbeitsabläufe, Organisation sowie Qualitätssicherung

IHR PROFIL:

* Lehrabschluss als Koch/Köchin oder einem artverwandten Beruf

* Diätetische Ausbildung von Vorteil

* Berufserfahrung insbesondere in einer Großküche von Vorteil

* Kenntnisse in HACCP

* Sprachkenntnisse: Deutschkenntnisse auf Niveau B1/C1

* für Bewerber_innen aus Drittländern: ein gültiger Aufenthaltstitel und Arbeitserlaubnis

* Gastgeber_innenpersönlichkeit und Kund_innenorientierung

* Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit

* Interesse an Weiterbildung

* Bereitschaft zu Wochenend- und Feiertagsdiensten
