Begib dich mit uns auf die Reise ins Posthotel Achenkirch - das 5* Adults Only Hotel direkt am wunderschönen Achensee inmitten des Rofan- und Karwendelgebirges. 1 Koch Mitarbeiterverpflegung (m/w/d) Maurice und Krisztian suchen dich zur Vervollständigung ihrer Reisegruppe in der Küche! Der Reisezeitraum ist Vollzeit und das Boarding beginnt ab sofort.

Auf deiner Reise erwartet dich:

* Selbstständige Organisation der Mitarbeiterküche

* Planung der Speisen und Wochen-/Tagesmenüs unter Berücksichtigung von Abwechslung und Wirtschaftlichkeit

* Planung der Speisen unter Berücksichtigung von Allergien und alternativen Ernährungsformen

* Sicherstellung einer pünktlichen Essensausgabe inkl. Betreuung und Begleitung

* Eigenständige Warenbestellung und Abstimmung mit Lieferanten

* Warenannahme und Qualitätskontrolle

* Überwachung der Lagerbestände und Sicherstellung der Qualität der Zutaten

* Kostenbewusster Wareneinsatz und sinnvoller Umgang mit Überschüssen

* Unterstützung des Küchenteams bei der Zubereitung von Speisen

* Einhaltung der Hygienevorschriften und -standards

Im Gepäck hast du:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Koch/Köchin oder in einem verwandten Bereich

* Berufserfahrung in der Gastronomie, idealerweise in der Mitarbeiterverpflegung

* Kreativität und ein Gespür für abwechslungsreiche Speiseplanung

* Organisationsgeschick und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil

* Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
