Wil jij als koeltechnieker werken in een klein HVAC-team waar kwaliteit belangrijker is dan kwantiteit?

Voor een familiaal HVAC-bedrijf in regio Lievegem zoeken we een technisch sterke koeltechnieker met een brede interesse in HVAC. Deze onderneming is al meer dan 25 jaar actief in Oost-Vlaanderen en bouwde een sterke reputatie op binnen verwarming, warmtepompen, sanitair, ventilatie, airconditioning en koeltechniek.

De ploeg bestaat uit ervaren vakmensen, van wie verschillende collega's al meer dan 20 jaar in dienst zijn. Werven bevinden zich voornamelijk in regio Gent, Evergem, Sint-Martens-Latem, Waarschoot en richting de kust.

Binnen het bedrijf geldt één duidelijke regel: het werk moet technisch correct en proper uitgevoerd zijn. Als koeltechnieker krijg je daarom ruimte om zelfstandig oplossingen uit te werken, maar kun je bij technische vragen altijd terugvallen op de zaakvoerder en je collega's.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Als koeltechnieker sta je in voor onderhoud en herstellingen aan koeltechnische en HVAC-installaties bij klanten in Oost-Vlaanderen
  • Daarnaast werk je mee aan installaties rond warmtepompen, verwarmingsketels en bijhorende leidingen en aansluitingen
  • Op de werf analyseer je technische problemen zelfstandig en stel je zelf een passende oplossing voor wanneer zich onverwachte situaties voordoen
  • Samen met je collega's zorg je ervoor dat elke installatie technisch correct, verzorgd en volgens de afgesproken kwaliteitsstandaard wordt afgewerkt
  • Tot slot vertrek je voor de verschillende werven vanuit Evergem, waarbij de werkdag doorgaans om 6u30 start
  • Als opleiding beschik je bij voorkeur over een technische achtergrond binnen koeltechniek, elektromechanica, elektriciteit, HVAC of een gelijkaardige richting, waarbij relevante praktijkervaring minstens even belangrijk is
  • Daarnaast heb je bij voorkeur al ervaring binnen koeltechniek, HVAC, warmtepompen of verwarmingsinstallaties, al staat het bedrijf ook open voor iemand die technisch sterk is en verder wil groeien
  • Je beschikt over een koeltechnisch certificaat categorie 1
  • Op technisch vlak kun je problemen analyseren, technische installaties begrijpen en zelfstandig naar een oplossing zoeken; ervaring met warmtepompen, ketels of koeltechnische installaties vormt hierbij een sterke meerwaarde
  • Tot slot beheers je het Nederlands goed, zowel voor een veilige samenwerking op de werf als voor communicatie met collega's en klanten
