The posting

  • Sinds 2012 probeert deze klant de samenleving te overtuigen van een groene en duurzame toekomst. Dat doen ze door niet enkel zonnepanelen, maar ook laadpalen, thuisbatterijen en airco’s & warmtepompen aan te bieden.
  • Dankzij een enthousiast team van ongeveer 60 medewerkers, blijven ze zich ontwikkelen in de meest kwalitatieve producten en meest uitmuntende service.
  • Hoe gebeurt de sollicitatie: - Je zit samen met de zaakvoerder. Hij zal jou wat meer vertellen over de zaak en jij mag alle kwaliteiten van jezelf in de verf zetten. Vervolgens zal je een rondleiding krijgen doorheen de zaak. Hierna komen we opnieuw samen in het kantoor en overlopen we of jij en de klant de samenwerking zien zitten.
  • Meestal krijg je gelijk antwoord en zijn ze niet bang om jou een proefweek te laten lopen. Mocht dit goed gaan en jij ziet het ook helemaal zitten, wordt het contract verlengd.

Jobomschrijving

Als Koeltechnieker draag je de verantwoordelijkheid over je eigen projecten:

  • Zelfstandige uitvoering: Je installeert lucht-water warmtepompen, airco’s en ventilatiesystemen van A tot Z.
  • Leiderschap: Je stuurt een junior technieker aan en deelt jouw kennis om het team naar een hoger niveau te tillen.
  • Expertise: Je voert koeltechnische aansluitingen en inbedrijfstellingen uit en stelt diagnoses bij complexe storingen.
  • Klantcontact: Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de klant op de werf en zorgt voor een kwalitatieve oplevering.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in de HVAC-sector.
  • Je bent koeltechnisch gecertificeerd (Categorie I of gelijkwaardig).
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, neemt verantwoordelijkheid en denkt altijd in oplossingen.
  • Je staat garant voor een nette en professionele afwerking.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
