The posting

In deze rol monteer en sluit je HVAC- en koeltechnische installaties aan binnen cleanroomprojecten. Je installeert onder meer luchtgroepen, chillers, DX-systemen, leidingwerk en regelcomponenten, en zorgt voor de correcte plaatsing en aansluiting van industriële ventilatoren, EC-fans en luchtverdeelsystemen. Je werkt nauwkeurig en volgens de geldende normen, van montage tot druktesten, spoelingen en functionele testen, en ondersteunt actief bij de commissioning en opstart van cleanroominstallaties.

Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud en de herstellingen van cleanroom-installaties en hun HVAC-systemen. Je stelt diagnoses en voert reparaties uit aan koelinstallaties zoals chillers en DX-systemen, en zorgt voor het onderhoud en de optimalisatie van luchtgroepen en industriële ventilatoren in een cleanroomomgeving. Ook herstellingen aan PCB’s van HVAC-installaties behoren tot je taken, net als het afstellen van hydraulische instellingen voor watergedragen HVAC-systemen en het onderhoud en de reparatie van absorptiedrogers.

  • Monteren en aansluiten van HVAC- en koeltechnische installaties in cleanroomprojecten.
  • Installeren van luchtgroepen, chillers, DX-systemen, leidingwerk en regelcomponenten.
  • Plaatsen en aansluiten van industriële ventilatoren, EC-fans en luchtverdeelsystemen.
  • Monteren en aansluiten van hydraulische circuits voor watergedragen HVAC-installaties.
  • Installeren en inbedrijfstellen van absorptiedrogers en andere conditioneringssystemen.
  • Uitvoeren van druktesten, spoelingen, afstellingen en functionele testen.
  • Ondersteunen bij commissioning en opstart van cleanroominstallaties.
  • Diagnosticeren en herstellen van koelinstallaties zoals chillers en DX-systemen.
  • Onderhouden en optimaliseren van luchtgroepen en industriële ventilatoren in cleanroomomgevingen.
  • Herstellen van PCB's van HVAC-installaties.
  • Onderhouden en herstellen van absorptiedrogers.
  • Samenwerken met de projectleider, automation engineers en commissioning engineers om projecten tijdig en volgens GMP-kwaliteitseisen op te leveren.
  • Waken over kwaliteit, veiligheid en een correcte uitvoering volgens de geldende normen en specificaties.
  • Je hebt een bachelor in Elektronica, Elektromechanica, Klimatisatie of een gelijkwaardige technische opleiding.
  • Je hebt minimaal 2-3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol, zoals montage, onderhoud, herstellingen of field service.
  • Je hebt technische kennis van HVAC-systemen, koeltechniek en elektrische installaties, inclusief chillers, DX-systemen en hydraulische circuits.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en volgens de geldende veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken en prioriteiten stellen binnen een dynamische omgeving waar flexibiliteit en snelheid belangrijk zijn.
  • Kennis van regeltechniek en besturingssystemen binnen HVAC-omgevingen is een pluspunt.
  • Je bent bereid om op locatie bij klanten te werken, ook in het buitenland.
  • Je beheerst Nederlands en Engels goed, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk. Frans is een pluspunt.
