Wat je doet

Bij DHL Express is Koerier zijn veel meer dan alleen maar rondrijden.

  • Je begint jouw dag met je eigen route voor te bereiden met als doel een parcours te plannen volgens de prioriteiten van levering en ophaling. Jij weet als geen ander files te vermijden, zo bereik jij de bestemming sneller dan een GPS!
  • Je sorteert en controleert de pakketten en documenten: bestemming, product, verpakking, airwaybill, airportcode, gewicht, volume, enzovoort.
  • Je hebt doorheen de dag frequent contact met de collega’s van dispatch.
  • Je biedt back-up voor het uitvoeren van administratieve en operationele taken, dit is nodig voor de goede werking van een Service Center.
  • En last but not least jouw voertuig ziet er spik en span uit!

Kortom, jij weet als geen ander hoe jij zowel buurvrouw Mariëtte als de directeur van een internationaal bedrijf blij kan maken met jouw komst. Jouw belangrijkste taak is dat de klanten op je dagelijkse route tevreden zijn. Je verschaft hen op klantvriendelijke manier informatie en straalt de DHL-waarden uit. Jij bent het gezicht van DHL.
