Dit West-Vlaamse familiebedrijf heeft jarenlange ervaring in wegenbouw, grondwerken, afbraakwerken, rioleringswerken en recyclage. Het voert zowel grote als kleine projecten uit voor openbare besturen, bedrijven en particulieren. Dankzij een eigen team van medewerkers, een uitgebreid machinepark, eigen transport en een eigen recyclageafdeling kan het volledige proces van begin tot eind in eigen beheer worden uitgevoerd.

In deze functie zorg je ervoor dat het depot en de koer dagelijks vlot en efficiënt draaien.

  • Je plant en coördineert de depotactiviteiten en stuurt een team van 4 koermedewerkers aan.
  • Je beheert de voorraad van materialen en gereedschappen en bewaakt de kwaliteit, netheid en veiligheid op de site.
  • Je onderhoudt het contact met ploegen en werfleiders en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen over de juiste middelen beschikt.
  • Je combineert administratieve taken met praktisch werk, zoals het bedienen van machines, ondersteunen van de betoncentrale en bijspringen op de werf waar nodig.

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

  • Je hebt ervaring in de bouwsector (wegenbouw, grondwerken of logistiek)
  • Je hebt praktische kennis van materiaalbeheer en depotorganisatie
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en overzicht bewaren in drukke tijden
  • Basiskennis van machines is een plus (wiellader, kraan, vorklift)
  • Je hebt een rijbewijs B (C/CE is een extra troef)
