Zin om jouw technische skills naar een hoger niveau te tillen in een boeiende werkomgeving?

Als operator van onze branderij-installaties sta jij aan het roer van een cruciaal proces. Met jouw technisch inzicht en gevoel voor precisie zorg je ervoor dat onze machines soepel draaien en dat elk product voldoet aan de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen. Een uitdaging die vraagt om scherpte, betrokkenheid en een passie voor techniek!

Wat ga jij doen:

  • Jij leidt het brand- en maalproces van de koffiebranderij in goede banen op basis van de voorgestelde productieplanning
  • Opstarten van de branderij, instellen, begeleiden en snel en doeltreffend tussenkomen bij storingen of productieproblemen
  • Je communiceert vlot met collega’s en voorziet onze maalmolens of verpakkingsinstallaties van de nodige gebrande koffie
  • Je voert kwaliteitscontroles uit en informeert de meewerkend teamleader bij eventuele afwijkingen
  • Je reinigt de koffiebrander volgens het vooropgestelde reinigingsplan
  • Je staat in voor het preventief onderhoud en het oplossen van kleine technische storingen in de branderij
  • Je geeft voorstellen ter verbetering en ter verhoging van het rendement, de kwaliteit en de veiligheid
  • Je werkt nauw samen met je collega’s om een optimaal rendement te garanderen.
  • Je bent in het bezit van een BSO of TSO diploma
  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring als operator in een productieomgeving, ervaring met gegevensinput in SAP is een voordeel.
  • Je bent bereid om in 2 ploegenstelsel te werken
