Bij Hotel Zuiderduin in Egmond aan Zee krijg je de kans om zelfstandig de keuken van onze bistro met ruimte voor 70 gasten te draaien. Je bereidt lunch- en dinergerechten met verse ingrediënten, bewaakt de kwaliteit van ieder bord en denkt mee over nieuwe gerechten. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar bent onderdeel van een professioneel keukenteam. Bovendien werk je nooit laat: je dienst eindigt uiterlijk rond 22.00 uur. Wat ga je doen? · Zelfstandig draaien van de à-la-cartekeuken voor onze bistro (met max. 70 couverts). · Bereiden van lunch- en dinergerechten. · Bewaken van de kwaliteit, smaak en presentatie van ieder gerecht. · Meedenken over nieuwe gerechten en de menukaart. Wat bieden wij? · Een salaris vanaf € 2.960,10 bruto per maand op basis van 36 uur, afhankelijk van je kennis en ervaring; · Geen nachtdiensten; je werkt uiterlijk tot 22.00 uur; · Verantwoordelijkheid over een eigen à-la-cartekeuken voor een brasserie met 70 zitplaatsen; · Na iedere shift fooi; · 8% vakantiegeld en een loyaliteitsbonus van 4%; · Reiskostenvergoeding wanneer je buiten Egmond woont; · Volop doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen onze hotelgroep, met negen hotels en meerdere restaurants.
