Dan heeft Appèl voor Universiteit Maastricht een mooie functie voor jou als zelfstandig werkend kok. Je werkt 27 contracturen per week, met roosteruren van 30 uur. De werktijden liggen hoofdzakelijk tussen 08.00 en 14.00 uur, van maandag tot en met vrijdag. De locatie is goed bereikbaar met zowel OV als eigen vervoer. Je komt terecht in een prettige werksfeer met collega's die houden van samenwerken en kwaliteit. Wat ga je doen - Bereiden van lunchbestellingen en receptiehapjes - Plannen van keukenwerkzaamheden en het doen van inkopen - Toezien op HACCP en het behouden van netheid in de keuken - Aansturen van collega's in de keuken - Bijspringen bij het bezorgen van bestellingen wanneer nodig: rijbewijs is vereist Je combineert koken, organiseren en leidinggeven. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de keuken soepel draait en dat gasten kunnen rekenen op kwaliteit en service.
