Onze klant is een gevestigde waarde in de Belgische horecasector. Wij zijn gespecialiseerd in kwalitatieve horeca-ingrediënten en de productie van onder andere brochettes, hamburgers, eenpansgerechten, salades, stoofvlees, vol-au-vent en desserts. Om onze groei te ondersteunen, zoeken wij een gemotiveerde kok grootkeuken.

Je hebt ervaring als kok, bij voorkeur in een grootkeuken, traiteurzaak of de industriële catering.

Je beschikt over een positieve werkhouding en de motivatie om elke dag topkwaliteit te leveren.

Je bent flexibel ingesteld en neemt vlot je verantwoordelijkheid.

Een gestructureerde en hygiënische aanpak typeert jou.

Je bent een echte teamspeler die communicatief vlot is.

Je gevarieerde takenpakket bestaat uit:

Maaltijdbereiding: Bereiden van warme en koude gerechten volgens vast recept, met oog voor smaak, presentatie en kwaliteit.

Hygie¿ne & Structuur:

Proper en georganiseerd werken conform de strenge HACCP-normen, zodat de grootkeuken steeds spik en span is.

Teamwork: Nauw samenwerken met je collega's om de dagelijkse planning vlot te laten verlopen.

Verantwoordelijkheid: Eigenaarschap tonen over jouw post en actief bijdragen aan een positieve werksfeer.

Polyvalentie: Je springt flexibel bij op andere afdelingen wanneer de planning dit vraagt.
