  • Je bereidt maaltijden volgens voorgeschreven receptuur en gevraagde proporties;
  • Je controleert het kookproces en de temperaturen (koelkasten en diepvriezers);
  • Je leeft de regels en afspraken na met betrekking tot maaltijdbereiding, allergenen-melding, hygiëne, afvalverwijdering, onderhoud van keukenmateriaal (toezicht op de keuken) en HACCP-normen;
  • Je ziet mee toe op het laden van de distributiewagens en de aanlevering van maaltijden voor het restaurant en bepaalde feestelijke gelegenheden;
  • Je weet op een professionele manier om te gaan met vragen, klachten en verwachtingen inzake het voorzien van maaltijden naar patiënten, medewerkers en externen;
  • Je neemt deel aan werkgroepen en vorming i.f.v. het verbeteren van de te leveren kwaliteit.

WAT WIJ DAARBIJ VERWACHTEN ?

  • Je bezit een opleiding als kok en kan op vlak van het opnemen van taken en verantwoordelijkheid al minimale ervaring aantonen (receptuur, culinaire technieken, werking keukentoestellen en regels en procedures in de grootkeuken);
  • Je wisselt samenwerken graag af met zelfstandig werken;
  • Je bent ertoe bereid om bij gelegenheid op onregelmatige tijdstippen te werken;
  • In het samen werken sta je open voor dialoog en bij problemen weet je je vlot te richten tot je leidinggevende;
  • Je bent woonachtig in de regio Gent-Eeklo-Brugge (of van plan je in die regio te vestigen);
  • Je stelt je loyaal op t.a.v. een christelijke levensvisie.
