Voor onze productiekeuken zijn we op zoek naar een ervaren kok productie die ons team versterkt bij de dagelijkse voorbereidingen. Je speelt een belangrijke rol in het bereiden en afwerken van gerechten en zorgt ervoor dat alles tijdig en volgens de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen klaarstaat.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Bereiden en afwerken van gerechten volgens recepturen en kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Zelfstandig uitvoeren van de dagelijkse mise-en-place.
  • Verwerken, portioneren en verpakken van producten.
  • Ondersteunen bij de voorbereiding van cateringopdrachten.
  • Toezien op kwaliteit, smaak en presentatie.
  • Instaan voor een ordelijke en hygiënische werkpost.
  • Werken volgens de HACCP-richtlijnen.
  • Samenwerken met de chef-kok en het productieteam.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt ervaring als kok in een professionele keuken.
  • Je hebt een passie voor catering en kwalitatieve gerechten.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, georganiseerd en nauwkeurig.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en behoudt het overzicht.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler.
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar.
  • Je voldoet aan de voorwaarden om als flexi-jobber te werken.
