Hoe maak jij het verschil?

Als Kok op de afdeling Grootkeuken draag jij niet alleen bij tot kwaliteitsvolle dienstverlening, maar ook aan de warme, persoonlijke benadering waar UZ Brussel bekend om staat.In de centrale keuken worden dagelijks meer dan 4000 maaltijden geproduceerd voor patiënten, personeelsrestaurants en bezoekerscafetaria's.

Wat ga je doen:

  • Als leidinggevende in de productie stuur je een team aan dat instaat voor de bereiding en distributie van maaltijden;
  • Je neemt actief deel aan de planning en de organisatie van de restauratiedienst;
  • Je werkt op zelfstandige manier cateringevenementen uit en stuurt deze operationeel aan;
  • Je staat in voor de opmaak van de planning voor personeelsinzet, productie en distributie.

Welke collega zoeken we?

We zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste Kok die zichzelf herkent in volgende eigenschappen:

  • Passie voor Keuken: Je beschikt over een TSO-diploma, een specialisatiejaar is een pluspunt;
  • Ervaring: Je hebt minstens 7 jaar relevante ervaring in een verantwoordelijke functie in de restauratie. Daarnaast heb je het talent om creatief en smaakvol gerechten te bereiden;
  • Taalvaardig: Nederlands is de voertaal binnen UZ Brussel, en het is belangrijk dat je deze taal vlot beheerst;
  • Tools: Je kan goed werken met een PC en bent bekend met de Microsoft Office-toepassingen (Word en Outlook);
  • Flexibiliteit: Je bent bereid in een flexibel uurrooster te werken en werkt enkele weekends per jaar;
  • Kennis: Je hebt kennis over: Veiligheidsprocedures en HACCP principes; Het volledige restauratieve gebeuren van een ziekenhuisgrootkeuken; Het functioneren en besturen van de aanwezige apparatuur in de organisatie;
  • Competenties: Je bent een organisatietalent, oplossingsgericht en beschikt over leidinggevende capaciteiten.
