Wat ga je doen Voor de locaties in Hoorn, Enkhuizen en Venhuizen ben jij als (zelfstandig) kok een onmisbare schakel in het dagelijks welzijn van onze ouderen. Met liefde en vakmanschap bereid je verse, gezonde maaltijden die niet alleen voedzaam zijn, maar ook bijdragen aan een moment van gezelligheid en aandacht. Jij zorgt voor een gastvrije sfeer waarin cliënten, hun bezoek én collega’s zich welkom en gezien voelen. Persoonlijke aandacht en oprechte gastvrijheid zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend. Je bent digitaal vaardig, communiceert helder en beweegt makkelijk mee in een dynamische werkomgeving. Je werkt volgens de geldende hygiëne- en veiligheidsregels en ondersteunt je collega’s waar nodig met jouw kennis en ervaring. Met jouw toewijding maak je elke dag een verschil in de beleving van onze cliënten. Je werkt volgens een rooster dat drie maanden van tevoren bekend is, in overleg met je collega’s. De werktijden zijn afhankelijk van je werklocatie en liggen tussen 07:00u en 19:00u. Ook in de weekenden en op feestdagen verzorgen wij de maaltijden voor de cliënten. De werklocaties kunnen afhankelijk van de bezetting wisselen. Een keer sfeer proeven? Dat kan! We maken graag een afspraak om te kijken of deze functie bij je past en wij bij jou. Wat bieden wij Je komt te werken in regio Hoorn; via Amsterdam, Haarlem en Alkmaar minder dan 45 minuten rijden; Salaris in FWG 30 CAO VVT; Opleidings- en ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden; Reiskostenvergoeding, 8% vakantiegeld, maar ook een eindejaarsuitkering van 8,33%; Faciliteiten om ‘goed in je vel’ te zitten; Extra arbeidsvoorwaarden, waaronder een fietsplan, korting op fitness en een computer/laptop/iPad regeling en het gebruik Benefits at Work; Leuke bonusregeling van € 350,- netto bij het aandragen van je nieuwe collega’s. hebt een koksdiploma, bij voorkeur minimaal mbo-3; Je kiest bewust voor het werken in de ouderenzorg; Je bent bereid om op verschillende locaties van Calidus te werken.
