The posting

Je werkt samen met het andere keukenpersoneel aan het dagelijks bereiden van smakelijke en evenwichtige maaltijden voor de bewoners. Het bereiden van maaltijden volgens de recepten en binnen de geldende voorschriften. Op deze manier kunnen we evenwichtige voeding aanbieden aan onze bewoners. Daarbij moet voldaan worden aan de hygiënische, nutritionele en HACCP normen.

  • Het samenbrengen en bereiden van de ingrediënten
  • Het doseren en mengen van ingrediënten
  • Bereiden van de maaltijden volgends de vooropgestelde recepten
  • De keuken en het keukengerei onderhouden en schoonmaken
  • Controle en onderhoud van de keukentoestellen en materiaal
  • Erop toezien dat de distributiewagens geladen worden en de maaltijden worden verdeeld
  • Het naleven van de werkprocedures en de regels voor hygiëne en voedselveiligheid controleren
  • Uitwerken van de menu’s (in samenspraak met de chef-kok)

Een enthousiaste kok met een passie voor verse maaltijden en warme ouderenzorg, die graag mee bouwt aan een gezellige sfeer voor onze bewoners.

Vereiste studies:

  • Diploma kok of hulpkok
  • Werkervaring: beperkte ervaring (< 2 jaar)
  • Talenkennis: Nederlands

Daarnaast ervaring in:

  • Goede kennis van de HACCP normen
  • Contactvaardig zijn
  • Plannen en ordenen
  • Regels en afspraken nakomen
  • Samenwerken als een hecht team
  • Zin voor nauwkeurigheid hebben
  • Flexibiliteit – Zich kunnen aanpassen aan veranderende omstandigheden
  • Omgaan met stress
  • Voortdurend oog hebben voor de klanttevredenheid en werken met de focus op de resident en/of familie
  • Het kennen en toepassen van alle maatregelen rond preventie van infecties
