The posting

WP Hotels & Events (www.wphotelsevents.be) te Blankenberge staat al meer dan 90 jaar garant voor topentertainment aan de Vlaamse kust. Als leisure-groep met acht hotels, twee theaters, de uitbating van horecazaken, seminarie- en feestzalen tekent de groep voor stevige groei. De creatie van eigen variétéshows onder het merk ‘Het Witte Paard zorgt voor een jaarrond bruisende kalender.

Om ons keukenteam te versterken zijn we op zoek naar een hulpkok.

Volgende taken behoren tot de jobinhoud.

  • Het werkblad en het keukengerei klaarmaken Toestellen aanzetten (ovens, kookplaten, ...)
  • Bereidingen en producten verpakken en etiketteren (fabricatie- en houdbaarheidsdata) Ze opbergen in de koelruimte, de voorraadkamer, ...
  • De bereiding en de productie van gerechten superviseren Controleren of de regels voor voedselveiligheid worden toegepast
  • Vlees, vis, groenten, ... koken of opwarmen
  • Groenten en fruit wassen en schoonmaken
  • De ingrediënten doseren en mengen
  • Gerechten bereiden: Europees
  • De gerechten opmaken om op te dienen (presentatie, samenstelling, afwerking, ...)
  • De werkpost en het keukengerei onderhouden en schoonmaken
  • De goederen ontvangen en controleren De goederen opslaan in een koelkamer of voorraadkamer
  • Vlees en vis voorbereiden (schoonmaken, snijden, opbinden, omwikkelen, ...)
  • De voorraad opvolgen, tekorten vaststellen Bestellingen plaatsen
