Dagelijks werken met heerlijke gerechten, wie wil dat nu niet?

Onze firma is een van de grootste producenten van kant-en-klare gerechten in de regio Gent. Van de verse balletjes in tomatensaus met puree in de Delhaize tot de worst met bruine saus uit de ALDI, je kent ze wel.

Samen met sterrenchefs ontwikkelen we perfecte recepten. Onze klant bereidt en portioneert deze gerechten in grote hoeveelheden voor bekende supermarkten. Naast kant-en-klare maaltijden maken we ook sauzen, soepen, pasta's en ovenschotels.

Met meer dan 30 jaar ervaring focust de firma zich op gerechten die snel, lekker en kwalitatief zijn, en weinig additieven bevatten.

Wat verwachten we van jou?

Je staat in voor de bereiding van kant-en-klare gerechten en maaltijdcomponenten.

Dit houdt in dat je:

  • De bereidingen maakt met behulp van recepturen en industriële kookketels (tot 1000l)
  • De kwaliteit van bereidingen controleert en de nodige gegevens hiervan registreert op de kwaliteitsdocumenten
  • In samenwerking met je collega’s helpt aan een propere en nette werkomgeving

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Heb je het juiste profiel?

  • Je hebt affiniteit met voeding, ervaring als kok is niet noodzakelijk
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het gesproken en geschreven Nederlands
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en nauwkeurig
  • Je volgt de hygiëne- en kwaliteitsmaatregelen nauwgezet op
  • Je wil werken in een 2-ploegensysteem (tussen 05u00-13u00 en 13u50-21u50)
  • Je bent flexibel op het vlak van takenpakket en werktijden
  • Je kan fysiek werk goed aan
