Ben jij een vroege vogel die energie krijgt van het bereiden van een verzorgd ontbijt? Wil je aan de slag in een professionele horecazaak in Knokke waar kwaliteit en gasttevredenheid centraal staan? Dan is deze functie als ontbijtkok iets voor jou.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie en vlotte werking van de ontbijtkeuken. Elke ochtend zorg je ervoor dat gasten kunnen genieten van een vers en smaakvol ontbijt.

Jouw taken:

  • Voorbereiden van de mise-en-place voor het ontbijt
  • Bereiden van warme en koude ontbijtgerechten
  • Aanvullen en presenteren van het ontbijtaanbod
  • Bewaken van de kwaliteit en versheid van producten
  • Toepassen van de hygiëne- en voedselveiligheidsregels (HACCP)
  • Samenwerken met het keukenteam om een optimale service te garanderen
  • Bijdragen aan een uitstekende ervaring voor elke gast

Je werkt voltijds in een vast ochtendrooster van 5u00 tot 13u30, inclusief weekendwerk.

  • Je hebt ervaring als kok, bij voorkeur met het bereiden van ontbijtgerechten
  • Je bent afgestudeerd aan een hotelschool of je beschikt over gelijkwaardige ervaring
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor de goede werking van de ontbijtkeuken
  • Je hebt kennis van HACCP en volgt hygiëne- en voedselveiligheidsvoorschriften nauwgezet op
  • Kwaliteit en gasttevredenheid staan voor jou altijd op de eerste plaats
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en Frans en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels
  • Je bent bereid om in een ochtendrooster en tijdens weekends te werken
