Als kok in ons woonzorgcentrum zorg je dagelijks voor gezonde, gevarieerde en smaakvolle maaltijden die bijdragen aan het welzijn en de levenskwaliteit van onze bewoners. Je houdt rekening met dieetvoorschriften, allergieën en individuele behoeften en waakt over de voedselveiligheid volgens de HACCP-normen. Je organiseert en coördineert de dagelijkse keukenwerking, stuurt de keukenhulpen aan en ondersteunt de chef-kok bij de bereiding en bedeling van de maaltijden. Daarnaast draag je zorg voor een hygiënische en veilige werkomgeving, een efficiënt voorraadbeheer en een vlotte werking van de keuken. Samen met je collega’s maak je van elke maaltijd een waardevol moment voor onze bewoners.

Je bent houder van een diploma of certificaat waarin de specifieke benaming ‘kok’ vermeld staat. U voldoet aan de toelatingsvoorwaarden met een van de volgende documenten: Diploma secundair onderwijs (7de specialisatiejaar ‘Kok’). Certificaat van de afgeronde opleiding ‘kok’ (afgeleverd na een erkend opleidingstraject).

Je voldoet aan de vereiste over de taalkennis opgelegd door de wetten op het gebruik der talen in bestuurszaken, gecoördineerd op 18 juli 1966.
