Als chef-kok ben jij de drijvende kracht achter onze keuken. Je zorgt voor de culinaire productie en coördineert het keukenteam om een vlotte service te garanderen.

  • Ontwikkelen en uitwerken van menu’s en gerechten, rekening houdend met seizoensproducten en budget
  • Toezien op de bereiding, presentatie en kwaliteit van de gerechten
  • Organiseren en coördineren van de keukenactiviteiten en het keukenteam aansturen
  • Toezien op de naleving van HACCP-hygiënevoorschriften en schoonmaakprocedures
  • Beheren van de voorraad, bestellingen plaatsen en contact onderhouden met leveranciers
  • Opstellen van de personeelsplanning en het team coachen en motiveren
  • Onderhandelen over contractvoorwaarden en controleren van geleverde producten
  • Waarborgen van een efficiënte en gestructureerde keukenwerking
  • Je hebt ervaring als chef-kok en een passie voor gastronomie
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en houdt van orde en hygiëne
  • Je bent een teamspeler met leidinggevende capaciteiten
  • Je kan plannen, organiseren en zelfstandig werken
  • Je hebt een creatieve en innovatieve mindset
