Voor een sterke en lokaal verankerde supermarkt in Harelbeke zoeken we een kok voor de traiteurafdeling. Je krijgt de kans om mee te bouwen aan een vers en eigentijds aanbod van bereide gerechten, salades en maaltijden.

Functieomschrijving

  • Als kok binnen de afdeling The Kitchen ben je samen met je collega's verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse werking van de traiteurafdeling.
  • Je staat niet verborgen achter de schermen. Jouw creativiteit en vakkennis krijgen hier echt een podium.

Jouw taken:

  • Bereiden van verse gerechten, salades, maaltijden en traiteurproducten
  • Mee uitwerken van nieuwe recepten en seizoensgebonden suggesties
  • Actief meedenken over het assortiment en de verdere uitbouw van de afdeling
  • Instaan voor een aantrekkelijke presentatie van de producten
  • Toezien op kwaliteit, versheid en smaak
  • Correct toepassen van HACCP en hygiënevoorschriften
  • Bestellingen voorbereiden en productie plannen
  • Samenwerken met collega's om een vlotte werking van de afdeling te garanderen
  • Je volgt hedendaagse voedingstrends op en vertaalt die naar een aantrekkelijk aanbod voor klanten
  • Diploma kok is een vereiste
  • Recente ervaring als kok in een professionele keuken is noodzakelijk
  • Kennis van HACCP en voedselveiligheid
  • Passie voor koken en verse producten
  • Interesse in moderne keukentrends en hedendaagse gerechten
  • Creatieve ingesteldheid
  • Teamplayer met verantwoordelijkheidszin
  • Nauwkeurig en georganiseerd werken
