Werk je graag zelfstandig in de keuken en sta je stevig in je schoenen? Voor een gevestigde nachtclub in Harelbeke/Hulste zoeken we een kok die kwaliteitsvolle gerechten bereidt en op vaste basis beschikbaar is op vrijdag- en zaterdagavond.Wanneer werk je?

  • Vrijdagavond en zaterdagavond
  • Opstart rond 20u
  • Einde rond middernacht
  • Donderdag als voorbereidingsdag is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste

Wat doe je?Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de keuken tijdens de openingsuren van de club. Je zorgt ervoor dat gerechten correct bereid, verzorgd gepresenteerd en tijdig geserveerd worden.Concreet:

  • Bereiden van vlees-, vis- en andere warme gerechten
  • Maken en afwerken van sauzen
  • Bewaken van kwaliteit, hygiëne en timing
  • Zelfstandig organiseren van de keuken
  • Zorgen voor een vlotte service tijdens drukke momenten

Wie zoeken we?Voor deze functie zijn vooral betrouwbaarheid en beschikbaarheid belangrijk.

  • Je hebt ervaring als kok en kunt zelfstandig werken.
  • Je bereidt gerechten correct en bewaart steeds het overzicht in de keuken.
