Heb jij altijd van koken gehouden en wil je jouw passie inzetten waar het écht het verschil maakt? Bij Villa Amstelstede in Ouderkerk aan de Amstel kook je niet voor volle restaurants, maar voor bewoners die genieten van jouw gerechten, verhalen en persoonlijke aandacht. Hier breng jij smaak én sfeer in huis in een kleinschalige, warme woonomgeving. Wat ga je doen: Je kookt dagelijks met verse, seizoensgebonden ingrediënten voor zo’n 30 bewoners; De warme maaltijd bereid je zoveel mogelijk in de woonkamer, zodat bewoners kunnen meekijken, meegenieten en herinneringen ophalen; Je serveert zelf uit en ontvangt de complimenten van bewoners met een glimlach; Je werkt flexibel tussen de 12/18 uur per week: de ene week 3 dagen, de andere week 4 dagen, gemiddeld 4,5 uur per dag. Wat neem je mee? Passie voor koken en oog voor smaak, kwaliteit en presentatie; Warme, betrokken houding richting bewoners; Flexibiliteit om af en toe in het weekend te werken; Beheersing van de Nederlandse taal; Voordat je start als Smaakchef, vragen we samen een Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG) aan bij de gemeente. Zonder VOG kan je niet starten. Arbeidsvoorwaarden Een bruto uurloon tussen €14,99 en €15,68, afhankelijk van jouw kennis en ervaring; Flexibele uren: 10–15 uur per week, verdeeld over 3–4 dagen; Toeslag van 5% per gewerkt uur bij inzet op meerdere locaties; Werktijden van maandag tot en met vrijdag tussen 14:00 en 18:30 uur; 25 vakantiedagen, 8% vakantiegeld op basis van 38 uur én een goede pensioenregeling; Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23 per kilometer vanaf 10 km; Werken in een organisatie waar aandacht, vertrouwen en plezier centraal staan dankzij onze Hai-Five cultuur; Volop mogelijkheden om jezelf te ontwikkelen via de Hai Academy, met trainingen en opleidingen; Aantrekkelijke extra's zoals personeelskortingen, leuke uitjes en diverse voordelen voor Hai-collega's.
