Stages Kom stage lopen bij Yes! Kinderopvang! Kom je stage lopen bij Yes!? Dat kan als je een pedagogische opleiding volgt. Wij zijn een erkend opleidingsbedrijf en bieden leuke en afwisselende stages. Onze stagemogelijkheden Als stagiair loop je mee op onze groepen en krijg je een werkbegeleider toegewezen. Je werkbegeleider is je eerste aanspreekpunt en begeleidt je bij je dagelijkse taken. De taken die je uitvoert tijdens je stageperiode zijn afhankelijk van het leerjaar waar je in zit. Je voert in elk geval diverse verzorgtaken uit, zoals verschonen en het verzorgen van maaltijden. Daarnaast verricht je huishoudelijke taken zoals tafels schoonmaken, vegen en dweilen. In het begin organiseer je activiteiten onder begeleiding van je werkbegeleider. Naarmate je verder in je opleiding bent, doe je dit zelfstandig met behulp van een activiteitenplan. Verder leer je gaandeweg oudergesprekken voeren, goed samenwerken met collega's en inspelen op de behoeften van elk kind. We hebben met verschillende relevante opleidingen afspraken over stageplaatsen. Denk aan mbo-2 helpende welzijn, mbo-3 en mbo-4 pedagogisch medewerker kinderopvang en diverse hbo-opleidingen. Het toewijzen van de stageplaatsen en de stagebegeleiding wordt georganiseerd door onze praktijkopleiders. Neem contact op voor de mogelijkheden Leerdoelen en begeleiding Iedere stagiair stelt zijn of haar eigen stageleerdoelen op, die verwerkt worden in een POP/PAP-formulier. Vind je dat lastig? Geen zorgen! Onze praktijkopleiders staan voor je klaar om je hierbij te ondersteunen. Tijdens maandelijkse begeleidingsgesprekken bespreek je je voortgang en leerdoelen met de praktijkopleider. Indien nodig kunnen deze gesprekken vaker plaatsvinden. Dankzij deze persoonlijke begeleiding werk je gericht aan je ontwikkeling.
