Ihre Aufgaben * Kommunikationsmanagement für Arqus - European University Alliance an der Universität Graz: Planung, Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung des Kommunikationsplans; zielgruppenorientierte Aufbereitung und Verbreitung von Informationen zu Arqus-Aktivitäten über diverse Kommunikationskanäle * Kooperation mit Fakultäten, Instituten, Abteilungen sowie der Presse- und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit an der Universität Graz; Mitarbeit im Arqus Communication Team und Teilnahme an Konsortial- und Projekttreffen * Redaktion und Content Management für Newsletter, Informationsaussendungen und Online-Kanäle; Konzeption und Erstellung von Kommunikationsmaterialien (z.B. Merchandise, Flyer, Poster) gemäß den grafischen Vorgaben der Allianz * Unterstützung bei Arqus-Veranstaltungen an der Universität Graz; Mitarbeit bei Planung, Koordination und Durchführung von Arbeitsgruppen- und Konsortialtreffen * Berichtslegung und Reichweitenanalyse; Erhebung und Aufbereitung von Teilnehmendendaten; Durchführung von Reichweitenanalysen sowie Erstellung von Berichten zu den Kommunikationsmaßnahmen

Ihr Profil * Abgeschlossenes Universitätsstudium auf Bachelorniveau (wünschenswert) * Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift * Fundierte Erfahrung in interner und externer Kommunikation sowie in der Umsetzung damit verbundener Maßnahmen * Erfahrung in Texterstellung und redaktionellen Tätigkeiten * Erfahrung im Content Management und im Umgang mit Grafikprogrammen (wünschenswert) * Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Teams (wünschenswert) * Eigeninitiative, Flexibilität, problemlösungsorientiertes Denken und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise * Teamfähigkeit und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in internationalen Kontexten

Wir bieten ein Jahresbruttogehalt auf Basis Vollzeit von mindestens € 43.838,20. Eine Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist möglich.
