Wir suchen für unseren Standort in 1200 Wien zur Verstärkung unseres Teams ab sofort 1 kompetente_n und erfahrene_n stellvertretende_n Filialleiter_in für eine Vollzeitstelle.

Aufgaben:

Filialmanagement: Verantwortung für alle Abläufe in der Filiale gemeinsam mit der Filialleitung tragen, Vertretung der Filialleitung bei Abwesenheit, Allgemeine Dokumentation

Personalmanagement: Unterstützung der Filialleitung bei der Personalplanung, -führung und -entwicklung des 15-köpfigen Teams

Warenpräsentation: Optimale Präsentation und Verfügbarkeit der Ware sowie der korrekten Preisauszeichnung

Warenwirtschaft & Lagerverwaltung: Kassa, Durchführung von Bestellungen, Bewirtschaften der Regale, Inventurerfassung, Liefer- und Bestandskontrolle

Kontrolle und Unterstützung des Filialteams bei den täglichen Aufgaben wie Qualitätskontrolle, Kundenbetreuung inkl. professionellem Beschwerde- und Reklamationsmanagement, Einhaltung von Arbeits- und Qualitätsrichtlinien. Du scheust dich nicht vor geringwertige Tätigkeiten.

Profil:

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung und mehrjährige Berufserfahrung

Deutschkenntnisse B2/C1 in Wort und Schrift

Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Freundlichen und korrektes Kommunikationsverhalten

Begeisterung im Handel zu arbeiten und den Unternehmenserfolg mitzugestalten

Engagierte Persönlichkeit, Teamfähigkeit, genaue und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise zur gewissenhaften Erledigung der Aufgaben
