Ob unsere traditionellen Klassiker oder verfeinerte Spezialitäten, für die wir weit über die Grenzen Seekirchens hinaus bekannt sind - wie unser beliebter Topfen-Marillen-Streuselkuchen - wir setzen aus Überzeugung auf echte Konditorkunst und beste Zutaten. Zur Verstärkung unseres Backstuben-Teams im Stammhaus Seekirchen suchen wir ab sofort eine/n engagierte/n und kreative/n Konditor/in. 1 Konditor/in Deine Aufgaben bei uns:

* Echte Handarbeit: Herstellung unserer feinen Mehlspeisen, Schnitten, Torten und Klassiker wie unseres Topfen-Marillen-Streuselkuchens - komplett von Grund auf aus hochwertigen Rohstoffen.

* Kreative Entfaltung: Mitgestaltung unseres Sortiments und Einbringen eigener Ideen für neue süße Kreationen.

* Selbstständige Herstellung: Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten von der Teig- und Massenzubereitung bis hin zum dekorativen Finish.

* Qualitäts- & Hygienebewusstsein: Einhaltung unserer hohen handwerklichen Qualitätsstandards sowie aller geltenden HACCP-Hygienevorschriften.

Das bringst du mit:

* Ausbildung: Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Konditor/in (oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation).

* Leidenschaft für echtes Handwerk: Begeisterung für traditionelle Herstellung ohne Fertigmischungen und Liebe zu regionalen Zutaten.

* Frühaufsteherqualitäten: Bereitschaft zum frischen Start in den Tag sowie Flexibilität bei den Dienstzeiten (nach Vereinbarung).

* Eigeninitiative & Zuverlässigkeit: Eine selbstständige, strukturierte und saubere Arbeitsweise in der Backstube.

* Teamgeist: Du bist teamfähig, schätzt ein wertschätzendes Miteinander und packst gerne gemeinsam an.

* Kreativität & Detailverliebtheit: Freude an der Veredelung von Konditoreiwaren und Gespür für Geschmack und Ästhetik.

Das kollektivvertragliche Mindestgehalt für Konditoren (Basis Gesellen im ersten Jahr) beträgt 2.041,00 € brutto pro Monat plus Zulagen (auf 40 Stunden Basis). Das Gehalt wird 14-mal jährlich ausbezahlt. Es gilt der Kollektivvertrag Konditor.
