* Torten, Kuchen, Mehlspeisen und andere Konditoreiwaren herstellen

* Teige, Massen, Füllungen und Cremes fachgerecht zubereiten

* Torten und Süßwaren kreativ verzieren und gestalten

* Rohstoffe auswählen, richtig lagern und verarbeiten

* Hygiene-, Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsstandards einhalten

Sie absolvieren eine verkürzte Lehrausbildung mit betrieblicher Praxis direkt im Unternehmen und werden gezielt auf die Lehrabschlussprüfung (LAP) vorbereitet.

Ziel ist die erfolgreiche Lehrabschlussprüfung und anschließend der Eintritt als ausgebildete Fachkraft in ein reguläres Dienstverhältnis beim Ausbildungsunternehmen.

Gehalt nach Lehrabschlussprüfung - Fachkraft im 1. Berufsjahr: mindestens EUR 2.001,92 brutto pro Monat bei Vollzeit (Lohnordnung Konditoren Wien 2026, Konditor:innen bis zum vollendeten 2. Gesellenjahr).
