Dein Aufgabengebiet

* Entwicklung und Konstruktion von Maschinen- und Anlagenteilen für Biomassekraftwerke

* Erstellung von 3D-Modellen und detaillierten Fertigungszeichnungen mit Inventor, SolidWorks oder Creo

* Optimierung bestehender Baugruppen hinsichtlich Wirtschaftlichkeit, Effizienz und Funktionalität mit Methoden wie Design to Cost und Design for Manufacturing

* Auslegung und Berechnung von Brennstoff-, Verbrennungsluft- und Rauchgasströmen mit branchenspezifischen Berechnungsprogrammen

* Enge Abstimmung mit Montage-, Fertigungs-, Verfahrenstechnik- und Projektmanagementteams zur reibungslosen Projektumsetzung

* Material- und Komponentenwahl in Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferant:innen und externen Engineering-Partner:innen

* Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen nach aktuellen DIN- und EN-Normen

* Integration aktueller Technologien und digitaler Tools in den Konstruktionsprozess

* Wissenstransfer innerhalb des Teams sowie Einarbeitung neuer Teammitglieder

Das bringst du mit

* Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Anlagenbau (HTL, FH, TU) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Konstruktion im Anlagenbau oder Sondermaschinenbau erforderlich

* Sehr gute Kenntnisse in CAD-Systemen wie Inventor, SolidWorks oder Creo notwendig

* Erfahrung im Stahlbau sowie Kenntnisse in Schweißtechnik wünschenswert

* Praxis im anforderungsbasierten Design von komplexen Baugruppen vorteilhaft

* Verständnis für technische Innovationen im Maschinen- oder Anlagenbereich erforderlich

* Der Anforderung entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse zwingend erforderlich

Für diese Position beträgt das Jahresbruttogehalt mindestens EUR 49.000 (auf Vollzeitbasis). Wir bieten eine marktkonforme Überzahlung abhängig von Ausbildung, beruflicher Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
