Wir suchen: 1 Konstrukteur (w/m/x) Für einen Kunden aus der Maschinenbau- und Automatisierungsbranche

Bei unserem Kunden entwickelst du neue Verpackungsmaschinen und Fördertechnik-Komponenten von der Idee bis zur Übergabe an die Detailkonstruktion. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Projektierung setzt du technische Konzepte eigenständig um und bringst deine Kreativität sowie dein technisches Know-how in anspruchsvolle Maschinenbauprojekte ein.

Aufgaben

- Neukonstruktion von Verpackungsmaschinen und Komponenten der Fördertechnik

- Umsetzung von Konzeptvorgaben aus der Projektierung

- Erstellung von Entwürfen und 3D-Modellen mit Fokus auf innovative und wirtschaftliche Lösungen

- Durchführung von Wertanalysen und gängigen Maschinenbau-Berechnungen

- Auslegung von Antriebssystemen (z. B. SEW, Siemens)

- Planung und Einbindung pneumatischer Komponenten (Festo)

- Abstimmung von Schnittstellen zur Steuerungs- und Softwareentwicklung

- Erstellung von Ablaufschemata und technischen Konzeptunterlagen

- Übergabe der Konstruktionen an die Detailkonstruktion zur weiteren Ausarbeitung von Fertigungszeichnungen und Stücklisten

Profil

Das bringst du mit

- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL oder FH) im Bereich Maschinenbau, Mechatronik oder vergleichbar

- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Fördertechnik

- Sehr gute CAD-Kenntnisse mit Inventor

- Erfahrung in der Konstruktion von Maschinen und Anlagen

- Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Das ist von Vorteil

- Erfahrung im Sondermaschinenbau oder in der Verpackungstechnik

- Kenntnisse in der Auslegung von Antriebs- und Pneumatiksystemen

- Verständnis für Steuerungsabläufe und Schnittstellen zur Programmierung
