Zur Verstärkung seines Teams, sucht unser Kunde 1 Konzept Konstrukteur für Verbrennungsmotoren (mit Teamverantwortung)(m/w/d)

Unser Kunde entwickelt Verbrennungsmotoren, Elektroantriebe und Hybridgetriebe mit High-End-Anspruch. Dabei laufen nahezu alle Prozesse beim Kunden im Haus - Entwicklung, Prototypen, Prüfstand bis hin zum Konzept für Industrialisierung und Serienproduktion. Die Kunden kommen aus New-Mobility, Automobil-, Motorrad- sowie der Freizeitmobilität-Branche.

Aufgaben:

· Festlegung der Grundabmessungen und des Gesamtkonzepts des Motors zu Projektbeginn

· Ganzheitliches Verständnis der Zusammenhängezwischen einzelnen Bauteilen und Baugruppen (z. B. Kurbeltrieb, Zylinderkopf, Nebenaggregate) und deren Abstimmung zu einem stimmigen Gesamtsystem.

· Entwicklung eines robusten, umsetzbaren Motorkonzepts, das technische Anforderungen, Bauraumund Schnittstellen berücksichtigt.

· Führung unseres Entwicklungsteams.

· Sicherstellung, dass nach Konzeptabschluss ein Konstruktionsteam ohne größere Layout Änderungen auf Basis der definierten Grundabmessungen weiterarbeiten kann.

Weiterführend gemeinsam mit einem Projektteam:

· Detailkonstruktion von Bauteilen und Baugruppen, Roh- und Fertigteilen

· Fertigungsgerechte Zeichnungsableitung

· Abstimmung der Fertigungsdetails mit Zulieferanten

· Schnittstelle zum Versuch / Erprobung

· Abstimmung mit dem Kunden

Profil:

· Abgeschlossenes Studium (FH/UNI) im Bereich Maschinenbau, Fahrzeugtechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (HTL mit entsprechender Erfahrung).

· Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Konzepterstellung für neue Verbrennungsmotoren, idealerweise in der Automotive-Branche.

· Technisches Verständnis und fundiertes Wissen in der Motorentechnik/Antriebsentwicklung sind Voraussetzung.

· Spezialist/in für CATIA V5.

· Souveränes Auftreten, Durchsetzungsvermögen und eine lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.

· Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse für die Kommunikation mit unseren globalen Partnern.

· Erste Erfahrung als Teamleiter ist ein Plus, aber kein Muss.
